<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generally correspond to industrial machinery of various system structures, and to easily ensure adherence to a safety standard. <P>SOLUTION: A motor control device 13 and a safety module 14 comprise a motor control circuit portion 31 controlling the feeding to a motor 2 according to a predetermined drive control instruction; a function of selecting and executing either one of a controller deceleration mode inputting a host control instruction according to a predetermined host control operation pattern inputted from a controller 11 to the motor control circuit portion 31 as the drive control instruction to decelerate and stop the motor 2 when a safety request signal is inputted, or an active deceleration mode inputting an inner deceleration instruction produced in the motor control device 13 according to a predetermined self-control operation pattern to the motor control circuit portion 31 as the drive control instruction to decelerate and stop the motor 2; and a comparing/monitoring portion 41 monitoring whether drive state amount exceeds a predetermined operation monitoring pattern or not, when the safety request signal is inputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
