CONCIERGE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING CONCIERGE SERVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concierge device that provides concierge service to allow a user to obtain information for following a change of the user's circumstance and in a genre that the user does not grasp.

SOLUTION: An access history collection section 11 collects user's access history of Web pages, and extracts a keyword from the collected access history. A life event estimation section 13 extracts and estimates a life event associated with the keyword extracted by the access history collection section 11 from a life event DB 14 in which the keyword and the life event are associated with each other and recorded. A service presentation and collection section 15 extracts a service associated with the life event that is estimated by the life event estimation section 13 from a service DB 16 in which the life event and service are associated with each other and recorded, and shows a link to the extracted service and a procedure on a portal screen.
