<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine gas generation device capable of stably carrying out the liquid level control of an electrolytic cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorine gas generation device is provided with: an electrolytic cell 1 in which a first air chamber 11a, into which fluorine gas generated at an anode 7 is led, and a second air chamber 12a, into which a hydrogen gas generated at a cathode 8 is led, are separated and partitioned above a molten salt liquid level; a first main passage 15 for supplying the fluorine gas generated at the anode 7 to an external device 4; a first conveyor 17 which leads and conveys fluorine gas from the first air chamber 11a; a first pressure detector 13 which detects pressure on the upstream side of the first conveyor 17; a first pressure adjustment valve 19 for returning the fluorine gas discharged from the first conveyor 17 to the intake side of the first conveyor 17; and a control device 10 which controls the opening degree of the first pressure adjustment valve 19 so that the detection pressure of the first pressure detector 13 reaches a first set value. The control device 10 modifies the first set value so that the differential pressure between the first air chamber 11a and the second air chamber 12a is within a set range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
