<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device (e.g., liquid lens) comprising a insulating layer with high adhesion to the foundation composed of mixed areas of the areas consisting of an inorganic material and organic material. <P>SOLUTION: The optical device has a first base material 11, a second base material 12, and a frame member 13 jointing the first and second base materials, a lens chamber 10 surrounded by the first base material 11, the second base material 12, and the frame member 13 is covered by a first liquid 41 and a second liquid 42 composing a liquid lens, the areas consisting of an inorganic material and an organic material are mixed at inner surfaces of the first material 11 facing the lens chamber 10 and the frame member 13, and a first insulating layer consisting of an inorganic material, an adherence layer consisting of an organic material, and a second insulating layer (laminated structure body 30) consisting of an organic material are laminated sequentially on the inner surfaces of the first material 11 facing the lens chamber 10 and the frame member 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
