<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead-out portion connection device of a transformer for simplifying a connection structure between a plurality of lead-out portions of a transformer body and bushings. <P>SOLUTION: First to third connection conductors D1 to D3 for connecting first to third bushings B1 to B3 to prescribed lead wires are arranged. The first to third connection conductors are integrated in a mutually insulated state. The first to third connection conductors include bushing connection portions Da1 to Da3 connected to corresponding bushings, lead wire connection portions Dc1 to Dc3 and Dd1 to Dd3 connecting the lead wire to be connected to corresponding bushings, and wiring portions Db1 to Db3 connecting the bushing connection portions and the lead wire connection portions.
