<p>A method, device and system for managing Quality of Service (QoS) are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, which belong to the field of communications. The method includes: receiving a service request (101); determining, according to configuration information, devices which participate in a QoS negotiation (102); and determining, according to a negotiation result of the devices which participate in the QoS negotiation, the QoS corresponding to the service request (103). The device includes: a reception module, a first determination module and a second determination module. In the embodiments of the present invention, the devices which participate in the QoS negotiation are determined according to the configuration information, and the corresponding QoS is determined according to the negotiation result of the devices which participate in the QoS negotiation, and thereby flexible QoS management is realized without being limited to the registration result of a Home Location Register (HLR).</p> |
