The press has a press device comprising a roller that rolls on a die to form pellets, where the die and/or the roller are moved in relation to each other by an actuator during production of the pellets. The press device is arranged inside a press frame (21) in the press, where the press frame is arranged in a form of a C-frame (18) and/or a window frame (20). A guide unit is provided for guiding the die and/or the roller. The press frame is designed as a single-part press frame or a multi-part press frame.
