<p>PURPOSE: A power control device of an apartment house is provided to enhance security in an apartment house by monitoring a person having no portable packet communication unit. CONSTITUTION: In a power control device of an apartment house, a plurality of sensors(10) are installed along the passage of the apartment house. An RF oscillator(20) comprises a signal controller for controlling the intensity of a radio signal. A portable packet transmission unit(30) transmits the wireless signal of the RF generator to the outside through an encryption packet. The packet receiving part(40) confirms reception in a specified range of the encryption packet of the hand-held packet transmission part. A lighting-emitting area(50) is turned on according to the reception status of the encryption packet at the packet receiving part. An alarm part(60) generates a warning signal. A controller(70) controls a sensor, a light emitting area, and an alarm part.</p> |
