PURPOSE: An integrated relay apparatus and integrated relay system thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and relay system construction costs by relaying communication signal to a shadow region through an integrated relay system. CONSTITUTION: A de-multiplexer(205) separates a mobile communication signal with an ethernet signal by de-multiplexing the mobile communication signal and the ethernet signal in which are received from a main repeater(100). A first conversion unit(215) transmits an RF(Radio Frequency) signal by changing the mobile communication signal into the RF signal. A second conversion unit(211) transmits a WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) signal by changing the ethernet signal into the WLAN signal.
