PURPOSE: A panel for reinforcing a heat insulation function is provided to minimize an internal temperature change by maintaining optimum internal temperature. CONSTITUTION: A panel for reinforcing a heat insulation function is composed as follows. A jacket(20) having a moving section(27) and fixing sections(29) is prepared. Wire nets are fixed to both sides of the jacket using fixing bands connected to the fixing sections. An inlet(11) and an outlet(11') are formed in both sides of the jacket. The inlet of the jacket is connected to the outlet of the other jacket.
