PURPOSE: A biaxial film stretching machine is provided to extend the service life of a servo motor by installing the servo motor inside a cooling case. CONSTITUTION: A biaxial film stretching machine comprises a stretching frame(100), an outer container fixing plate(120), an inner container case(131), a base transfer bar(140), a stretcher, and a controller. The outer container fixing plate is welded on the side surface of the stretching frame. The inner container case is formed on the top of a bottom panel(122) of the stretching frame. The base transfer bar is formed inside the inner container case. Multiple transfer rollers(141) are formed in the base transfer bar. The stretcher comprises a base and a base plate. The controller comprises a touch screen and a state display window. The touch screen inputs data to the stretcher. The state display window displays the stretching state of a film.
