The arrangement comprises quick-acting valves (24' to 24'''') have different nominal widths for their operation in different pressure ranges during identical assembly. The number of the valves and their respective nominal widths are selected and are adjusted on a fluctuation range of the pressure in a fluid reservoir, that an overall set out mass flow rate of the fluid from the reservoir is generated in a fluctuation range of varying mass rate flows of the constant pressure by completing opening, closing and switching of individual valves or valve combinations. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a tank system comprises a fluid reservoir; and (2) a method for providing a required mass flow of a fluid with constant pressure.
