PURPOSE: A transmitting device and a transmitting method of down link control information in a wireless telecommunications system is provided to constitute format of new down link control information using a resources indicated value which is not used in a resource allocation field. CONSTITUTION: DCI(Downlink Control Information) transmitting device(900) comprises a DCI configuration part(910), a control channel configuration part(920), and a control channel transmit part(930). The DCI configuration part determines DCI format. The DCI configuration part constitutes DCI in order to include a necessary field. The control channel configuration part constitutes a physical channel which transmits the DCI which is composed by a DCI field configuration part. The control channel transmit part transmits the DCI to a DCI receiving device(1000) through a PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control Channel). The DCI receiving device comprises a DCI interpreter(1010), a control channel decoding part(1020), a control channel receiver(1030), and an answer signal transmit part(1040). |
