FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed neutraliser comprises casing with covers on its faces that inlet and outlet branch pipes, swirler and afterburner. Said swirler is arranged in cover inlet branch pipe. Cylindrical annular container filled with metal hydride is rigidly fitted coaxially with casing wall. Container inner wall is perforated. Afterburner is made from metal mesh cylinder secured to neutraliser covers via insulators. Two-compartment cylindrical container is arranged neutraliser along its axis. One compartment is perforated and filled with active substance while other compartment has outlet openings arranged level with cover joint.
