FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to aircraft landing on runway. Proposed landing gear comprises two pairs of electromagnetic coils with iron cores, tachometre, and speedometre. Electromagnetic coils with iron cores are fitted radially on landing gear hollow axle. Note here that one pair of said coils serve to spin aircraft wheels while another pair is intended for braking and adjusting aircraft wheel rpm. Induced electromagnetic field magnetise cores of starting coils to act on wheel rim by its varying magnetic field. Note here that wheel liner speed should always exceed aircraft speed before landing. In braking caused by electromagnetic field induced on braking coils, iron core go up to come in contact with wheel rim bottom surface. Tachometre is permanently engaged with wheel rim inner side by spring. ^ EFFECT: ruling out fire on wheel rubber tires in landing on runway. ^ 4 dwg |
