The cover (1) has a filter element (2) for smell reduction, and a steam-permeable charcoal filter (3) integrated into the filter element, where the filter element and/or the charcoal filter are replaceably formed. The filter element is formed as an opening cover. The charcoal filter consists of an activated charcoal filter, an activated charcoal fleece, extruded activated charcoal honeycomb molded bodies and a Zeolite filter. The charcoal filter has a foam impregnated with the activated charcoal, and is regenerated in a baking-oven at a temperature greater than 200 degrees Celsius.
