PURPOSE: A linear temperature controller is provided to improve safety by measuring over or partly a heating wire. CONSTITUTION: In a linear temperature controller, a temperature signal detection unit(50) detects the temperature of a heating wire. A trigger signal generation unit(40) controls a switching element based on a predetermined temperature. . A zero-cross detection unit(60) detects the zero point of an AC voltage. An error signal generating unit(70) shows an abnormal signal including according temperature failure and excessive time usage. A MICOM(80) respectively controls the temperature signal detection unit, the trigger signal generation unit, the zero-cross detection unit, and the error signal generating unit. |
