PURPOSE: A system for managing biometric information is provided to monitor biometric information without restriction of a visual space through a biometric information measurement terminal and a communication device. CONSTITUTION: A biometric information measurement terminal(110) senses the biometric information of a user. A communication device(120) displays the biometric information on a screen. The communication device measures the location information of the user. A biometric information management server(130) receives the biometric information and the location information. The biometric information management server determines the health state of the user. To enable a user to receivien an emergency server, the biometric information management server transmits the location information to the emergency aid agency.
