PURPOSE: A hybrid burner device is provided to reduce fuel cost using RPF(Refuse Plastic Fuel) as auxiliary fuel and ensure complete combustion of fuel. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid burner device(200) comprises a combustion-heat generating unit(2), an evaporator unit(4), a combustion chamber unit, and a furnace path unit(8). The combustion-heat generating unit forcibly sends oil mixed with normal oil to an evaporator coil pipe(16), evaporates the mixed oil, sprays the mixed oil through a nozzle and ignites to generate first combustion heat. The evaporator unit forcibly sends oil mixed with waste fuel to one or more waste-oil evaporating/processing unit, evaporates and burns the waste-fuel mixed oil to generate second combustion heat passing through a guide tank(52) for waste-oil combustion heat.
