PURPOSE: A surgical instrument with multi-degree of the freedoms is provided to improve price competitive power by reducing a number of a driving device and a mechanical part of surgical instruments. CONSTITUTION: In a surgical instrument with multi-degree of the freedoms, a grip member(10) grips and cutes a specific object. A rotation rod(20) has a rotatable flexible hollow. An inner shaft(30) is combined in the other side of the rotation rod. A bearing member(40) is allowed in between the rotation rod and a flexible shaft(50). A plurality of wires(70) are respectively fixed to the grip member and the flexible shaft.
