PURPOSE: A carrying unit for a funeral urn is provided to safely carry a funeral urn by forming a latch groove in the upper plate of a carriage box and forming a latch in the top end of the front plate of the carriage box. CONSTITUTION: A carrying unit for a funeral urn comprises a carriage box and a shoulder strip. The carriage box comprises a bottom plate(110), side plates(120), a rear plate(130), a pair of upper plates(140), and a front plate(150). A funeral urn(1) is placed on the bottom plate of the carriage box. The side plates are coupled to the shoulder strip. The upper plates are rotatably coupled to the top of the side plates. The rear plate is connected to the rear ends of the bottom and side plates. The front plate is rotatably coupled to the front end of the bottom plate and opens and closes the front surface of the carriage box.
