FIRE RESISTANT RIGID POLYURETHANE PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A fireproof hard urethane panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively block flame and heat transferring to other space during fire. CONSTITUTION: The thickness of a fireproof hard urethane panel(1) is 50 to 130 mm. A surface material is arranged with a galvanized steel plate(2) with 0.45 to 0.80 mm thickness. A panel inner core material is comprised of a hard urethane heat insulating material(3) and a flame-resistant glass fiber sheet(4). The flame-resistant glass fiber sheet is arranged by one or more non-resistant layers processed with organic/inorganic flame retardant in the inside of the panel.
