PURPOSE: A spider trunnion for a tripod constant velocity joint is provided to improve assemblability by forming the spider trunnion in a tapered shape. CONSTITUTION: A spider trunnion(33) for a tripod constant velocity joint comprises a roller separation prevention sill(34). The roller separation prevention sill is formed in a tapered shape. The top of the roller separation prevention sill has a smaller inner diameter than the bottom. The diameter of the roller separation prevention sill is bigger than the inner diameter of a roller coupled to the spider trunnion.
