PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply detach a nozzle tip from a nozzle base part in a nozzle device. SOLUTION: When the nozzle tip 14 is detached, ultrasonic vibration is transmitted to the nozzle tip 14 from an ultrasonic vibrator 16. An ink jet pump 26 is operated in this state to send air into the nozzle tip 14 from the nozzle base part 12.
