A heat ray wireless transmitter and a wireless receiver are provided to simplify a signal without transmitting both an illuminance signal and a turning-on time signal. A heat ray wireless transmitter(10) includes a human sensor(12), a lightness sensor(13), and a control unit(14). The human sensor senses whether a human exists by sensing heat discharged from the human in a sensing region. The lightness sensor senses ambient lightness at predetermined time intervals. The control unit generates and transmits an illuminance signal representing the ambient lightness and a control signal including a turning-on time signal and counts a turning-on time represented by the turning-on time signal by outputting the control signal and driving an internal timer when the human exists. |
