The device has two gripping elements (10, 12) movable relative to each other. The gripping elements grip nested caterpillar-like skin by reduction of an intermediate space between the gripping members and release the caterpillar-like skin by increase of the intermediate space. A drive device (8) moves one of the gripping elements. Lever elements (14, 16) couple the drive element with the gripping element. The gripping elements are movably mounted at the lever elements. A guiding unit (24) guides the device along guide rails. |
