PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a moisture permeable-waterproof type dryporous casting film is provided to simplify a manufacturing facility and produce a dryporous casting film which has no defect including a skinning etc and improve a water repellent effect and a hydrolysis-proof. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a dryporous casting film comprises the following steps: a step of manufacturing a W/O emulsion type polyurethane resin composition by mixing and filtering a W/O emulsion type polyurethane resin, a methyl ethyl ketone/toluene mixed solution, hexadimethylisocyanate, a fluorinated carbon, a silicon resin, a water/methyl ethyl ketone mixed solution, isobutyl phthalate and silicon oil; and a step of forming the dryporous casing film on a release paper, by coating a release paper with the w/o emulsion type polyurethane resin and then drying the coating material W/O emulsion type polyurethane resin composition is coated on the release paper. The step forming the dry porous casting film on the release paper the coating material is dryness processed; a step of separating the release paper and the dryporous casting film.
