PURPOSE: Loess mortar and loess pavement materials based on loess/elvan-based are provided to apply a far-infrared ray radiating function and an environmental characteristic to loess pavements using the loess mortar as a binder. CONSTITUTION: Elvan fine powder and fine aggregate are used as mortar, and elvan coarse aggregate is used as a pavement material. The sizes of the elvan fine aggregate are 1-2mm, 3mm, or 4mm. The sizes of the elvan coarse aggregate are more than or equal to 5mm. Loess/elvan-based mortar includes 20-25 parts by weight of cement, 5 parts by weight of slaked lime, 30-40 parts by weight of elvan for mortar, 10 parts by weight of silica fine powder, and 20 parts by weight of loess. Loess/elvan-based pavement materials include the mortar and the elvan coarse aggregate at a weight ratio of 3:4.
