PURPOSE: A functional synthetic leather panel is provided to ensure high resistance against scratch or tear and proper cushioning and elastic characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A functional synthetic leather panel(10) comprises a base panel(110) and a synthetic leather part(120) which is formed by processing multi-functional synthetic leather on one or more faces of the base panel. The synthetic leather part includes a thick base layer which is made of a main material, a resin adhesive layer, and a resin dry layer which is attached to the resin adhesive layer.
