FABRIC USED IN MANUFACTURING HOSPITAL CLOTHS WITH EXCELLENT INFECTION PROOFING PROPERTY AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A fabric for hospital clothing and a method for fabricating the same are provided to enable firm optical deposition of silver nanoparticles. CONSTITUTION: A fabric for hospital clothing with excellent anti-infection contains yarn. The yarn is a composite fiber in which core ingredients and sheath ingredients are spun together. The core ingredients contain polyester resin. The sheath ingredients contain polyester resin containing 3.5-4.4 wt% of titanium dioxide. The surface of the yarn is prepared by optical deposition of silver nanoparticles. The color fastness to washing is measured by KS K0430 method fifty times.
