PURPOSE: A surface acoustic wave sensor device having a target bimolecular isolation component is provided to separate various biomolecules according to size using an electrophoresis apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A surface acoustic wave sensor device having a target bimolecular isolation component comprises a separation element and a surface acoustic wave sensor. The separation element separates biomolecules(200) using an electrophoresis method. The biomolecules have the same or different sizes as/from a target biomolecule. A receptor(300) is attached on the surface acoustic wave sensor and is coupled to the target biomolecule.
