PURPOSE: A wiper apparatus is provided to mounting a cover member by reducing the height of a wiper apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A wiper apparatus comprises a frame(10), a first lever(20), a second lever(30), a contact member(40), and a cover member(60). The first lever is coupled by a hinge in the both end part of the frame and includes an inside arm and an outer arm. The inside arm faces the inner side of the frame around the hinge. The outer arm is extended to the outside of the frame. The second lever is coupled by the hinge in the end part of the outer arm of the first lever. The contact member is adhered closely to a window in a blade shape and is supported with the end part of the inside arm in the first lever and the both end parts of the second lever. The cover member covers up the frame, the first lever, and the second lever.
