PURPOSE: A food waste crushing apparatus is provided to improve crushing power compare to a fixed shaft state of existing crushing blades. CONSTITUTION: A casing is comprised of an upper body(21), a middle body, and a porous body(23). The upper body has a semicircle or angular shape. The upper part of the upper body is formed into a curved surface in order to arrange a cover surface. The lower part of the upper body arranges a square edge as an opening end part. The middle body opens upper and lower end parts. The porous body is combined in the upper body together with the middle body in the inside of the middle body. A storage part(4) stores crushed food waste by dropping the crushed food waste through a discharge hole. A crushing part is placed between the upper body and porous body. A crushing head is arranged in the upper part of the crushing part. An axial hole is arranged in the lower part of the crushing part. An operation part(3) connects between a first pulley(32) of a rotary shaft and a second pulley(34) of an operation motor(31) by a belt(33).
