PURPOSE: A kettle bell is provided to prevent noise generated between stories of a building and to enable users to simultaneously exercise by using one kettle bell. CONSTITUTION: A kettle bell comprises: a body in which a grip unit(11) is formed in the upper side thereof and in which a hollow receiving part is formed and a filling groove is formed in the exterior upper part; a shock-absorbing cover(20) which surrounds the exterior of the body and in which a shock-absorbing is integrally formed in the lower part thereof; and a patter unit(30) in which various colors, logos, or characters are expressed in the surface of the shock-absorbing cover.
