The ladder (1) has stabilization rods and a pillar (3) that are connected with a guide slide (5), where the pillar consists of an aluminum profile. The stabilization rods and the pillar together with a step (2) are swiveled from a usage position into a horizontal sliding position (10) of the ladder. A longitudinal edge, transverse edge and longitudinal sides of the step, pillar, rods and guide slide are separated from each other around hand thickness in the context of complete injury freedom, during swiveling of the ladder between the sliding position and the usage position. |
