Cutting machine for frozen meat blocks

The machine has a cutting device (1) e.g. disk cutter, for cutting frozen meat blocks (3) into slices by using a blade. A conveying device (11) e.g. continuous conveyor, transfers the slices to another cutting device (20) e.g. cube dicer, over a path (9) of a conveyor section. The blocks are supplied along vertical direction, and the former cutting device executes horizontal cutting of the blocks under spaced traversing of a section of the path. The blade is connected to a blade holder, where a cutting angle of the former cutting device against an end of the path is smaller than 20 degrees.
