PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing porous biphasic calcium phosphate granules is provided to easily manufacture sphere porous granules containing biphasic calcium phosphate by forming droplets based on a polycarprolactone solution containing biphasic calcium phosphate powder. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing porous biphasic calcium phosphate granules includes the following: Slurry is obtained by mixing biphasic calcium phosphate powder, polycaprolactone, and a solvent. The slurry of a droplet form is provided to liquid in order to form granules. The liquid is dried, and the granules are thermally treated to obtain porous granules containing the biphasic calcium phosphate. The thermal treating process includes an incinerating process and a sintering process. The liquid is distilled water.
