The device (100) has a frame forming a banknote opening, and a banknote bag (130) is connected with the frame so that banknotes are inserted through the opening and a bag opening into the bag. The banknote opening extends through upper and lower frames (123, 124) when the upper and lower frames are connected with each other. The frame has a guide for sliding a slide lock (122) and formed such that the lock is locked with the frame in an interposed condition and completely covers the banknote opening of the upper and lower frames.
