PURPOSE: An electronic paper including particles for a spacer or a partition and manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce opening rates by forming a spacer particle on an operation particle. CONSTITUTION: An electronic paper including a partition particle is arranged between an upper substrate(100) and a lower substrate(200). The upper substrate and the lower substrate are faced with each other. An upper pixel electrode(110) and a lower pixel electrode(210) are patterned by connecting to the upper substrate and the lower substrate. The upper substrate is covered by an upper insulation layer(120). The lower substrate is covered by a lower insulation layer(220). An upper partition electrode(130) and a lower partition electrode are formed in a pixel space by connecting to the upper and lower insulation layer.
