摘要 PURPOSE: A local heat treatment system and method for automobile parts using a diode laser with a high-pressure air injection cooling device are provided to heat only a target portion of an automobile part by employing heat treatment using a diode laser. CONSTITUTION: A local heat treatment system for automobile parts comprises a laser head(100), a moving unit, a diode laser generator(400), a high-pressure air injection cooling unit(200), a pressure control unit(210), a heat treatment temperature controller(500), and a cooling temperature controller(220). The laser head injects a laser beam(20) on a portion of an automobile part and heats the portion while moving at a heat treatment speed of 1~20mm/sec. The moving unit transfers the laser head, which is kept separate from the automobile part(1). The diode laser generator has output of 2000~6000W and provides diode laser to a heat treatment head. The high-pressure air injection cooling unit is provided on one side of the laser head in the form of an air jet nozzle and sprays high-pressure air. The pressure control unit controls the pressure of the high-pressure air sprayed from the cooling unit. The heat treatment temperature controller is electrically connected to the diode laser generator.
