The arrangement has an adjustable valve element (31) mounted in a chamber of a valve insert part (15) having a valve seat (38). A sawtooth-shaped latching element is integrally formed radially outside the chamber on a stub (16) of the insert part above a valve seal (18) toward an inner wall (7) of a base part (1) for forming an elastically resilient arm. A radially outward directed locking rib (29) is engaged with a radially inward directed locking projection that is formed on the wall. An actuating element (28) is located on free ends of the arm for pressing the arm radially inward.
