Regenerating water softening plant (1), comprises mixing brine (9) with dilution water and introducing the diluted brine into a softening device (4), preferably comprising at least one container (5a, 5b) with an ion exchange resin (6). The brine during their transport to the softening device is dosed with a pump (10) into a stream of dilution water. An independent claim is also included for the water softening plant comprising: a water softening device, preferably at least one container with an ion exchange resin; a storage vessel containing brine; and a pump, where the pump is arranged in a pipeline carrying the brine, which runs from the storage vessel to a dosing point, at which the pipeline carrying the brine is merged with the pipeline carrying the dilution water. |
