PURPOSE: A valve guide coupling device is provided to reduce time and costs required for reconstructing an aged engine by using the valve guide coupling device instead of the replacement of the aged valve. CONSTITUTION: A valve guide coupling device is coupled to a valve guide and comprises a valve guide adapter(310) and a valve seal. The valve guide guides the reciprocation of a valve. The valve guide adapter comprises a guide coupling unit(311) and a guide extension unit(312). The guide coupling unit is coupled to the protruded outer surface of a cylinder head of the valve guide. The guide extension unit is extended from the guide coupling unit. The valve seal comprises a seal coupling unit and a seal extension unit. The seal coupling unit is coupled to the outer surface of the guide extension unit. The seal extension unit is extended from the seal coupling unit and seals the outer surface of the valve which is not worn away.
