PURPOSE: A cell chip is provided to enhance chip density and to enable various diagnosis for same kind of cells. CONSTITUTION: A cell chip comprises: a substrate(110) in which plurality of cell fixing materials(120) with a certain size is aligned; a single cell fixed on the cell fixing material; and a cell dispersion material which is conjugated with the cell fixing material and is formed in a drop form. The cell fixing material is polyethylene imine, poly lysine, polyvinyl amine, poly aryl amine, fibronectin, gelatin, collagen, elastine, or laminin. The substrate is coated with hydrophobic materials. The cell dispersion material is sol-gel, hydrogel, alginate gel, organogel, or xerogel. An apparatus for manufacturing the cell chip comprises: a first inkjet head(210) which discharges the cell fixing material in a certain size; and a second inkjet head(220) which has an inner channel(230) and discharges a plurality of cells to the cell fixing material in a single cell.
