PURPOSE: A drill tool consisting of separable cutting tips produced by powder injection molding is provided to ensure the homogeneity of the entire structure by plasticizing cutting tips and ensure dimensional stability through a dense structure. CONSTITUTION: A drill tool consists of cutting tips(D). The cutting tip is formed by injection molding of metallic power. Two detachable cutting tips are arranged symmetrically along a diagonal line on the leading end of the drill tool by a screw. The slope of the cutting tip comprises protrusions(D1,D1') and grooves(D2,D2'), which are alternately formed. The gradient of the slope increases, thus drilling speed increases. The curvature of the curved groove of a cutting blade decreases, thus the cutting blade is reinforced.
