PURPOSE: A controller for a Chinese range is provided to reduce fuel consumption by controlling the input and output of fuel by a pre-inputted program. CONSTITUTION: A controller for a Chinese range comprises a power supply unit(10), a blower circuit sensing unit(20), a flame sensing unit(30), a key input unit(40), a fire power control unit(50), a display unit(60), a blower control unit(70), a gas valve output unit(80), and an igniter output unit(90), and a micom(110). A blower is installed in the blower circuit sensing unit. The key input unit sets the operation of the blower and the operation time and ignition of a main burner. The fire power control unit controls the amount of gas and the rotation quantity of the blower. The display unit displays cooking time and the ignition of main and auxiliary burners. The blower control unit controls the rotation frequency of the blower. When gas is supplied to the igniter output unit through the gas valve output unit, the igniter output unit ignites the main and auxiliary burners. The micom controls the main burner through a pre-inputted program.
