PURPOSE: A car steering wheel heating device is provided to reduce risky points which can happen during the driving of a driver by removing interference on the steeling wheel operation of a user. CONSTITUTION: A car steering wheel heating device comprises an inverter(110), a first member(111), a second member(112), and a hotwire(113). The inverter is connected to the power supply for a vehicle. The power supply for vehicle is changed into AC power source. The first member is attached to the body side of the vehicle and comprises the power transmitter for transmitting AC power source from inverter. The second member is arranged in the steering wheel side of the vehicles and is separated from the first member with a fixed distance. The hotwire is electrically connected with the second member.
