MALFUNCTION SENSITIVE TYPE NOISE FILTER FOR INDUSTRIAL HIGH FREQUENCY HEATER

PURPOSE: The trouble sensing type noise filter of an industrial high frequency heater is provided to reduce time and costs according to maintenance and repair by indicating the operation failure of a magnetron. CONSTITUTION: A bridge diode(BD) is connected to one side secondary coil positive terminal of a high voltage transformer. The bridge diode rectifies AC voltage which is induced in one side secondary coil of the high voltage transformer. A constant voltage rectifier(30) rectifies direct current voltage into constant voltage and supplies to each part. A controller(40) lights a light emitting diode for display when operating the high voltage transformer. The light emitting diode for display is inserted and installed within the insulating case of a noise filter.
