PURPOSE: A touch panel and manufacturing method thereof are provided to regularly maintain resistances between a transparent electrode and an electrode by preventing a chemical reaction between the transparent electrode and the electrode. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(110) is created on one side of a transparent substrate(105) and includes conductive high polymers. An ACA(Anisotropic Conductive Adhesive) layer(120) is created at the edge of the transparent electrode. An electrode(130) is connected to the transparent electrode through the ACA layer by forming The ACA layer. The ACA layer is created using an ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) or an ACA(Anisotropic Conductive Adhesive). The ACA layer prevents the connection of the transparent electrode and the electrode.
