PURPOSE: A fire resistant fiber reinforced plastic structural material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase a heat resistant property by using silica fiber. CONSTITUTION: A fiber reinforced plastic structure(1) has the same cross section along a length direction by a pultrusion molding. A multi-axial intensity reinforcing layer(5) is formed by impregnating a glass fiber sheet into resin like unsaturated polyester, epoxy, or urethane. A one-axial intensity reinforcing layer(7) is formed by impregnating glass fiber rovings to resin. A fire resistant improving layer(3) is formed by impregnating silica fiber into resin. The heat resistant improving layer is laminated on both sides or one side of the structure.
